Volunteers of UTS, contributing to the design of the National Indigenous Art Fair event under the guidance of the Course Director and the Lecturer. I was assigned to the design and logistics team of 3 people to organise event space for more than 40 art stalls. The project is to arrange an appropriate space for the art stalls and consider the circulation of customers to the fair. Moreover, we also assist in document preparation, such as spreadsheet preparation and information management related to the number of design booths. Finally, we are all involved in event installation and pack-down to support event setup. With the opportunity to work on a real-world exhibition design project, I have gained a lot of interior design-based experience related to space planning, documenting and other soft skills.
